Role : Design & Technical Specialist

This role involves playing a crucial part in the execution and handover of multiple hotel design projects, both existing and new buildings, ensuring adherence to RHG standards across all properties.

Reporting and Responsibilities

  • Report to the Area Senior Technical Director.
  • Oversee projects through RHG approval processes, ensuring compliance with design guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage projects from inception to handover, maintaining brand standards.
  • Provide technical support for renovations.
  • Ensure timely reporting.
  • Support the pre-opening phase to ensure technical readiness for hotel operations.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in large project management as an architect, engineer, or project manager.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German skills are essential.
