What You'll Do

As Logistics Associate, you will contribute to the efficiency of our logistics operations. Your responsibilities include managing and documenting shipments, ensuring they are executed under the agreed conditions and deadlines, and collaborating with a diverse team to deliver sustainable solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Manage and deliver product samples.
  • Prepare shipping and dispatch documents.
  • Manage and enter data in ERP related to purchase orders and shipping/dispatch documentation.
  • Manage courier platforms and contact forwarders.
  • Request, track shipments, and resolve incidents.
  • Verify transport invoices against quotations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain department.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and optimize department processes.

Skills That Make a Difference

  • Studies in Administration and/or International Logistics.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Logistics Associate or similar role.
  • Knowledge of INCOTERMs.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
  • Knowledge of logistics software, transport management systems, ERPs, and courier platforms.
  • Proficient in Windows Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in diverse environments, including matrix and multicultural settings.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Teamwork and cooperation.
