The Role: Growth Marketing Lead

We are looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial marketing expert with 3–5 years of experience in the real estate or investment space. You will take ownership of growth marketing strategies to attract both tenants and investors, driving visibility and results across all relevant channels. You are a rockstar, and you’re here to help us make our real estate investment and flex-living concept stand out and become downright sexy.

What will you do

• Define the marketing budget distribution strategy.
• Design and execute marketing strategies across digital and offline channels to attract tenants, investors, and partners.
• Lead campaigns via paid search, social media, email, and events.
• Create high-impact content tailored to real estate audiences and urban professionals.
• Manage and evolve the weVLC brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Analyse and optimise campaign performance to maximise ROI and lead quality.
• Collaborate closely with sales, real estate, and operations teams.

You bring

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills. Spanish is a big plus.
• Experience using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and social media platforms.
• Creative and strategic mindset, with a knack for crafting compelling content.
• Data-driven, analytical, and focused on campaign optimisation for maximum ROI.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Passionate or experienced in flex-living or real estate.
