Job Opportunity : Account Manager (Norwegianspeaking) Hybrid in Benalmdena, Spain

Join us as an Account Manager and drive success through partner pipeline management in the high-tech industry!

Responsibilities :

  • Manage partner pipelines, detect new opportunities, and close deals successfully.
  • Understand the partner market, competition, and reseller interests.
  • Create partner loyalty and encourage certifications in business unit products.
  • Collaborate with partners on campaigns, revenue generation, and opportunity identification.
  • Ensure partners leverage promotions, events, and co-marketing programs.
  • Monitor partner marketing activities and propose investments with ROI analysis.

Requirements :

  • Fluent in Norwegian and advanced in English.
  • 2+ years of technical sales experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with channel programs and partner management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication (verbal & written), and presentation skills.
  • Ability to meet goals through teamwork, motivation, and prioritization.
  • Innovative with good judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in channel environments; partner and distributor knowledge is a plus.

  • Full-time contract : 39 hours/week, Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
