Location: Spain
Position Overview: We seek a Sales Enablement professional focused on Spain & UK, reporting to the Sales Enablement Manager.
The mission of Sales Enablement is to transform sales teams into top performers and trusted advisors by enhancing their skills through onboarding, training, tools, and knowledge sharing.
You'll collaborate with sales teams (SDRs, AEs, Account Managers) to identify training needs and deliver initiatives to upskill sales and product knowledge.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather insights from the field to identify skill gaps in sales and product knowledge.
- Act as a payroll expert, highlighting PayFit's differentiators, market trends, and competitor positioning.
- Deliver impactful training programs on sales pitches, skills, payroll, market environment, and product mastery.
- Coordinate with Product Marketing and Marketing teams to train on product updates and marketing strategies.
Concrete tasks include:
- Updating the Sales Playbook for AEs & SDRs.
- Ensuring sales teams have the right tools and identifying productivity opportunities.
- Preparing call sessions with marketing and SDR managers/directors.
- Designing and updating prospect-facing assets in collaboration with Product Marketing.
- Managing weekly upskilling programs based on seniority levels.
- Creating training programs to develop team expertise.
- Coaching AEs via 1:1 meetings and platforms like Modjo.
- Maintaining knowledge bases on Notion, Kahoot, and 360Learning.
- Launching new projects to enhance learning retention and sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of sales experience, with closing experience mandatory, or experience in Enablement.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proactive, KPI-driven, with a business partnership mindset.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Genuine passion for helping others succeed (empathy, listening, collaboration).
- Continuous learning mindset, curious about new techniques and tools.
Interview process:
- Initial interview with recruiter (45 min)
- Interview with Victoire, the Global Sales Enablement Manager (30 min)
- Business case with Victoire and UK SDR Manager (60 min)
- Final interview with Mathieu (Sales Ops Director) & Aimance (Sales Enabler) (30 min)
Note: Background checks (identity, diplomas, past experiences) will be conducted post-offer.
