Research Infrastructure Management : ReDIB is a biomedical imaging infrastructure within the ICTS network, comprising four nodes providing preclinical imaging services. The post holder will be responsible for :

• Coordinating collaboration across the four ReDIB nodes, including staff exchanges and participation in scientific events.
• Increasing visibility and awareness of ReDIB services across scientific, industrial, and public audiences.
• Promoting dissemination of project results and their scientific and societal impact.
• Leading the development of a user-friendly access platform and monitoring Open Access workflows.
• Identifying and engaging potential users from the private sector and international partners.
• Liaising with the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation for data reporting and coordination.
• Preparing reports, monitoring KPIs, and managing project documentation and outcomes.

Open Science & Data Management : Responsibilities include maintaining the publications database, research data analysis and implementation, developing strategies for research datasets, creating Data Management Plans (DMPs), deploying an Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) system, and ensuring alignment with FAIR principles.

R&D&I Quality Management : Maintaining and improving the quality system certified under UNE 166002, conducting internal audits, updating SOPs, overseeing non-conformities, and managing preventive and corrective actions.
