Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer & Partner Experience Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for managing customer & partner inquiries, providing product and service information, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience. The role also involves driving customer & partner satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Actual residence in Valencia area, Spain
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Experience with Customer Journeys
  • CX experience in the IT sector and dealing with IT partners/distributors
  • Proactive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with customers
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (a plus)
  • Experience with BPM and CRM software (a plus)
