We are seeking digitally experienced and helpful individuals like you to join our diverse team of Operations Agents in Benidorm, Spain.
You will be the link between the Operations Support Hub, Central Functions, and across the Destination. Your role involves assisting the Operations Support Team Manager with staff onboarding and offboarding, as well as supporting all related office management functions in your area.

ABOUT YOU
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the leisure and tourism industry, ideally in a booking admin role.
- Ability to work flexibly, including different shifts from Monday to Sunday.
- Problem-solving skills, adaptability to digital culture, and quick learning of new skills.
- Collaborative team player.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, verbal and written; a driver’s license and own car are required.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Manage petty cash transactions and reconciliations.
- Assist with device management, including registration and support queries.
- Order and deliver uniforms, assist with staff accommodation and car rental arrangements.
- Maintain office facilities, supplies, and building maintenance.
- Support TUI Reps in destination with onboarding, offboarding, visas, and payment cards.
- Assist the Operations Support Hub with local staff commissions and destination queries.
- Conduct health and safety checks for staff accommodation at the start and end of the season.
