We are looking for a Cyber and Digital Security Senior Specialist - Network Security to join our IT Security and Compliance team.

The role

This role involves establishing and maintaining security products, platforms, and solutions to ensure and enhance Network and OS Security across the Nestlé Group. You will coordinate the management and configuration of Nestlé Systems to ensure compliance with standards and industry best practices. The position requires strong technical skills in Physical Security technologies and a working knowledge of IT Security technologies. You will work proactively with IT and Business units to implement policies and technologies that meet security standards while supporting business needs.

What you’ll do

• Configure security gateways to protect the Nestlé network while supporting business requirements.
• Provide technical security expertise for business needs and critical situations.
• Offer strategic risk guidance for IT projects and product management, including evaluating and recommending compliant technical controls.
• Liaise with Information Security, Compliance, Audit, Legal, and HR teams as needed.
• Ensure consistent application of policies and standards across all product groups, projects, and systems, including privacy, risk management, compliance, and business continuity.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and other security specialists to implement security solutions across IT products and platforms, mitigating risks and meeting regulatory requirements.
• Develop security architecture and solutions documentation.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, System Analysis, or related fields, or equivalent experience, along with 6+ years in risk management and information security, experience with Microsoft OS security, and a strong understanding of Networking and Network Security.

Bonus points for PKI/Digital Certificate Management experience.
