The Office in Seville is responsible for developing and maintaining the Upstream Data platform of Sportradar's world-leading sports betting services. This platform provides data to hundreds of bookmakers globally, seen by millions of users daily, and supports more than 100,000 transactions per second.

THE ROLE :

How Will Success Be Evaluated

  • Quality and performance in the work assigned by the line manager.
  • Quality and accuracy in ticket resolution.
  • Quality in the creation of documentation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing technical support and proactively ensuring that SLAs agreed with customers are met.
  • Communicating with customers and stakeholders about the progress of incident escalations.
  • Ensuring escalation procedures are followed.
  • Logs analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Monitoring tool analysis.
  • Ensuring documentation is updated.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Proven experience in support service second line or an equivalent role.
  • Understanding of SQL language.
  • Experience with Windows Server (including 2022) or Linux Server (RedHat, CentOS, or Oracle Linux) administration.
  • Understanding of log file analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks and internet networking.
  • Experience with monitoring system software development or system administration.
  • Adherence to IT policies and processes to ensure consistent quality of service.
  • Experience with GitLab or any CI/CD tools is an advantage.
  • Persistent attitude, ensuring work is completed.
  • Demonstrated teamwork attitude and experience.
  • Loyalty and commitment to team and company objectives.
  • Oracle DB administration experience is a plus.
