The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling loupes and light systems with superior magnification and resolution to healthcare clinicians. The role will play a crucial role in driving sales and building and maintaining relationships with healthcare clinicians.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Strategically develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the assigned territory to become a trusted advisor and support company branding efforts.
Utilize CRM to properly manage sales opportunities within the territory.
Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitive activity to support sales.
Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training to healthcare clinicians.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
Collaborate with various departments including Customer Care, Technical Support, and Manufacturing to ensure prompt and quality customer service.
Contribute to product innovation by obtaining insights from healthcare clinicians and working with others to generate new ideas.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide valuable insights to management.
Attend industry conferences and events to expand networks and promote products.
Travel domestically (ground / air) up to 60% as required.

Job Requirements :
Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
