As a Content Producer you’ll be responsible for managing the delivery our various communication projects and campaigns for our digital channels.

What you’ll do

Content Producer (Maternity Cover – 4 to 6 Months)

Location: Madrid – Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced Executive Producer to join our internal content agency based in the Madrid office on a maternity cover contract for a period of 4 to 6 months. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end execution of creative projects for digital channels, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality output, and alignment with brand guidelines and stakeholder expectations. You will be responsible for overseeing production workflows, managing internal and external resources, and driving collaboration across cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic oversight and strong production execution.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Create and manage production timelines and schedules
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather briefs and align expectations
  • Build and manage budgets
  • Source and contract vendors, talent, or external partners including triple bids
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Manage approvals and feedback cycles, stakeholder expectations and communication
  • Supervise post workflows (editing, CGI image creation, graphics, sound, etc.)
  • Coordinate revisions and final approvals from internal stakeholders
  • Ensure proper file delivery formats and versioning according to brand guidelines
  • Handle legal/compliance checks (e.g., music rights, releases)
  • Archive final assets and documentation

Your qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a creative or content production environment, ideally in an agency or brand-side in-house studio
  • Proven experience as an Executive Producer or Senior Producer managing digital and integrated campaigns
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Spanish a plus)
  • Experience working in an in-house content team or with internal corporate clients is highly valued
  • Strong project management skills; certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus
  • Deep understanding of the content creation process, from concept to delivery
  • Strong creative judgment and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
