Responsible and accountable for managing Blood Donor Screening (BDS) finished goods inventory, encompassing reagents, consumables, instruments, and spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the highest level of performance and accuracy in the Import and Inventory Control processes for BDS reagents, consumables, instruments, spare parts, and packaging inventory.
  2. Follow up on batch allocation, quantities, and shipment planning (flight/sea configurations).

Responsible for driving the import activities of these materials and all related inventory management tasks.

  1. Manage returns from customers and provide clear instructions to the 3PL for booking returned materials.
  2. Perform monthly stock reconciliation between SAP and the 3PL warehouse system.
  3. Make ad-hoc stock adjustments to ensure optimal inventory accuracy.
  4. Monitor 3PL cycle counts.
  5. Manage physical stock counts.

Act as the primary contact with internal and external suppliers, 3PL warehouse, Technical Service, and Quality departments.

  1. Generate purchase orders for packaging materials to external vendors and monitor inbound shipments.
  2. Manage bulk containers for inbound shipments (MTS), including rotation, returns, stock control, and outbound shipment documentation.
  3. Verify and approve vendor invoices.
  4. Coordinate handling of instrument recertification, spare parts returns, and refurbishments, interfacing with 3PL, QA, and Technical Service.
  5. Generate and report monthly accruals to Finance.
