iiPay offers a unique opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated Spanish Payroll Operations Manager to work closely with numerous clients daily, delivering high-quality payroll services aligned with our goal of ‘Paying the Planet’.
Our motivated and engaged team members are central to our success. This role involves collaborating with other teams to service our entire client portfolio effectively. You will work closely with the European Service Centre Director to deliver projects, meet company objectives, establish consistent processes, and support business strategy development.
Strong IT solutions experience, advanced Excel skills, and high analytical ability to suggest improvements and optimize current systems and processes.
Manage and deliver client payrolls according to schedule, communicate with clients and third parties to meet deadlines, and escalate issues to ensure service level agreements and client expectations are met or exceeded.
Lead projects to improve systems, processes, and payroll delivery environments, maximizing efficiency and accuracy, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Maintain clear, informative communication with clients, partners, management, and internal teams.
Serve as the primary operations contact for Spain, maintaining detailed knowledge of statutory processes to ensure excellent customer service and compliance. Collaborate with the implementation team for onboarding new payrolls and clients.
Handle client escalations effectively, seek assistance when needed, and work with management to improve processes and outcomes within our partner network.
