We are looking for a

UX Designer

to join our growing Experience Design department. In this role, you will be part of a team ensuring a consistent and exceptional UX and UI across all the products we design, and a key contributor to the evolution and maintenance of a multi-brand, international Design System. You will be responsible for designing, researching and documenting the Design System within a large, complex organization. As part of Ogilvy and our Experience Design team, you will be a champion for user-centered design and a collaborative partner to other designers, project managers, and key business stakeholders.

Requirements Experience :

3+ years of experience as a UX Designer. Design System Expertise :

Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining Design Systems in complex organizations. Design Tools :

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro or similar. Experience with IA tools is a bonus. Prototyping Skills :

Strong prototyping skills, with the ability to create interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts. Accessibility Knowledge :

Solid understanding of accessibility principles (WCAG) and experience designing accessible user interfaces. Collaboration Skills :

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Communication Skills :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale. Experience in Design Agencies :

Experience being part of agencies and understanding the dynamics of the relationships with stakeholders within various projects. Portfolio :

A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, especially your experience with Design Systems.

Bonus Points : Experience with component libraries, design tokens, variables and theming. Experience with design system governance and contribution models.
