Your Duties

• Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial reporting standards.
• Review and post incoming invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts, confirming billed amounts match the agreed terms.
• Ensure all invoices have proper approval in the workflow tool prior to payment.
• Handle all incoming vendor invoices promptly via various channels.
• Perform closing procedures for the Accounts Payable sub-ledger and intercompany transactions, reconciling with the General Ledger to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct reconciliations, prepare GRIR reconciliations, and manage month-end accruals.
• Review and resolve escalations from vendors, procurement, and local entities related to invoices and payments.
• Support internal and external audits as needed.

Your Profile

• Completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
• Practical experience in accounts payable accounting.
• Strong analytical skills, teamwork, and an independent, structured work approach.
• Results-oriented with high engagement levels.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills, comfortable in an international environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP FI module; basic knowledge of MM module and invoice verification tools (e.g., Basware) is advantageous.
