Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic partnerships and build trusted relationships with customers, technical stakeholders, and decision makers.
  • Provide technical thought leadership and insights on Citrix products, workspace industry trends, and their relevance to customers.
  • Understand your assigned accounts' current use cases, pain points, opportunities, and the value the solutions bring to their business.
  • Contribute to the broader team’s technical mindshare.
  • Serve as an external spokesperson and evangelist for CSG’s vision and technologies.
  • Assist in overcoming technical and competitive objections, and accelerate the technical evaluation of sales cycles.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of competitive technologies and positioning strategies.
  • Conduct demonstrations and technical presentations focusing on Citrix products, remotely or at customer locations and CSG facilities.
  • Support complex, multi-product proof of concept solutions for customer evaluations.
  • Drive adoption and consumption of CSG products by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Formalize and deliver strategic customer technology roadmaps that translate customer needs into actionable proposals, operational requirements, high-level designs, and success plans.
  • Provide regular updates on assigned accounts to management.
  • Coordinate technical teams to ensure optimal customer outcomes.

Experience & Skills

  • Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise application implementation.
  • Excellent strategic thinking skills to lead long-term customer journeys.
  • Strong project management skills for structured collaboration across virtual teams.
  • High level of sales and product solution knowledge.
  • Profound understanding of Citrix technologies and solutions such as DaaS / VDI, Applications Delivery, and Enterprise Mobility Management.
  • Support technologies like Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and HCI solutions.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of Sales Engineering or Consulting experience in high-tech / indirect sales, with success in driving workplace technology adoption in large enterprises.
  • Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Physical Demands / Work Environment

  • Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time within the assigned territory.
