As a Unblinded CRA, you will join the world’s largest and most comprehensive clinical research organization, powered by healthcare intelligence.

What you will be doing :

  • Monitor multiple Phase I, II, III, and IV clinical trial sites, including pharmacy visits.
  • Utilize your customer service mindset to focus on delivering value, building loyalty, and establishing trust with investigators and study coordinators, emphasizing respect, knowledge, and commitment to ICH / GCP guidelines for successful trial conduct.
  • Serve as the main sponsor representative, providing key project updates, collaborating with the team, and developing commitment to study timelines and objectives through regular visits both in-person and remotely.
  • Act as the first point of contact for study sites, escalating concerns / issues to relevant departments including Safety, Investigational Medicinal Product, Local Study Managers, and management as appropriate.
  • Oversee sites' adherence to GCP / ICH practices, ensuring the quality of study conduct.

You are :

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) with 2-4 years of relevant healthcare experience in pharma or clinical research, including a minimum of 2 years monitoring and site management experience.
  • Strong experience in Oncology and pharmacy visits.
  • Experience in Phase I trials is a plus.
  • Scientific background with proficiency in medical terminology.
  • Working knowledge of local regulations and ICH / GCP guidelines.
  • Excellent record-keeping skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience conducting site selection, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits both remotely and on-site.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral.
  • Strong technical skills with CTMS, eCRF, and eTMF systems.
