Job Description :

The role of the Retail Planning & Performance Senior Analyst is to support the Manager in delivering reliable business insights by providing the Leadership team with recurring and ad-hoc data analysis and reports.

This candidate should be familiar with the Retail sales organization, initiatives, and data to report performance in a structured manner as well as develop analytical models to facilitate decision-making.

The P&P Senior Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders (within and outside the P&P team) to ensure effective delivery.

Main responsibilities

  1. Act as a sparring partner for the Retail P&P Manager and Retail Senior Management.
  2. Establish and own accurate and robust reporting processes to track performance from a Retail perspective across management levels.
  3. Lead specific projects or initiatives impacting the Retail sales teams, supporting or owning the full project lifecycle from conception to implementation and tracking.
  4. Create compelling presentations to communicate progress, facilitate discussions, and support decision-making, making recommendations in appropriate forums.
  5. Collaborate with regional Retail sales teams to analyze performance related to initiatives and develop action plans.
  6. Conduct detailed analyses involving large data sets and feedback from regional teams.
  7. Assist or develop analytical models to support strategic and tactical decisions regarding Retail incentives, sizing, and organization.
  8. Build trust and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and develop a strong network across the business.
  9. Leverage technology (Tableau, Salesforce) to automate and standardize data processes related to initiatives.

Candidate profile

  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills; able to interpret, summarize, and present complex data clearly; strong attention to detail.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal and written); able to influence decisions.
  • Methodical, organized, results-oriented, proactive, and hands-on.
  • Strong drive, stakeholder engagement skills, and ability to lead initiatives.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to build relationships, create networks, and influence.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • SQL skills are highly valued (not required).
  • Experience with data analysis and modeling software (Tableau) is valued (not required).
  • Experience in the accommodation intermediation business is valued (not required).
