About the role

We’re seeking a user-focused Senior Product Designer to craft top-tier solutions through thorough product reasoning. You will design end-to-end experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop impactful web and mobile solutions.

Your daily tasks will include

• Defining and framing problem spaces, exploring multiple solutions before finalizing one,
• Designing comprehensive experiences for specific product areas,
• Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of designs using user feedback and data, iterating to improve user experience,
• Partnering with Engineering and Product Management to co-create strategic directions and roadmap planning aligned with business goals,
• Participating in design reviews and regularly sharing your work with teams and leadership.

What we expect from you

• 5+ years of experience in product-driven companies,
• Proven track record designing digital products for web and mobile,
• Strong collaboration skills across teams,
• Experience conducting user research to validate designs,
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including building and using design systems,
• Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and best practices.
