We are looking for a Logistics Planner (m / f / d) based in Valencia.

As a Logistics Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing logistical activities related to the deployment and collection of towers. Your duties will include prioritizing, scheduling, and executing transportation, installations, and pick-ups for our security solutions. You will also manage tower inventory and handle internal logistics to ensure smooth operations and a well-organized supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving, assessing, and prioritizing transport, positioning, installation, repair, and material orders.
  • Communicating with customers and colleagues regarding scheduled activities.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve logistical processes, address bottlenecks, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Analyzing work hours, skills, transport options, and stock levels to identify shortages or service impacts.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Mid-level experience in logistics, planning, or related fields.
  • Professional or vocational education.
  • Languages : Native Spanish speaker; conversational English (minimum B2).
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Salesforce and Excel is desirable.
