Role Responsibilities

The mission of this position is to support the Sales Manager in achieving business objectives, ensuring the growth of the company through customer acquisition and retention strategies. The role involves reactivating and strengthening the commercial area to secure new projects and improve relationships with current and potential customers, providing responses and follow-up.

Main Functions

  • Conduct necessary technical studies of new parts and components.
  • Prepare offers for clients.
  • Follow up on offers with clients.
  • Maintain fluid communication with clients to maximize satisfaction, especially during project ramp-up at a commercial level.
  • Participate in meetings with customers under the guidance of the Commercial Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

  • University degree in Engineering (Product, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales roles.
  • Own a car for commuting to the plant.
