Department Overview

The Talent Management and HR processes team for the Southern European Cluster focuses on attracting, engaging, and developing top talent, aligning activities with the Hero Group's culture and standards. The team fosters an inclusive, innovative, and lifelong learning environment to support sustainable growth.

How You Can Help Us

Support strategy and manage processes related to Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Performance Management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities

  • Talent Attraction: Manage vacancy postings, candidate contact, selection logistics, metrics development, reporting, internships, onboarding, and follow-up.
  • Learning & Development: Identify opportunities, coordinate training logistics, manage digital platforms, support expense processes, and monitor training plans and statistics.
  • Performance Management: Support platform administration, monitor evaluation processes, and assist HR Business Partners.

Skills and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; 5+ years experience in Talent Management, preferably internationally.
  • Advanced English (B2/C1), proficiency in MS Office and digital platforms.
  • Valued knowledge: AI in HR, Human Capital Management platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors).
  • Key competencies: People analytics, project management, decision-making, communication, problem-solving.
