Responsibilities include responding to situations where first-line support has failed, reporting issues to engineering, and possibly assisting with customer installation and training.
Provides support to customers/users for highly technical or sophisticated products.
Key Responsibilities:
Valued skills include routers, switches, Linux, Unix, Windows, Apache, IIS, Tomcat, MySQL, Oracle, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. A technical degree is required.
Fluent or native in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
