About You

In the initial months, you will focus on building our new platform's foundation, developing APIs, integrating with provider APIs, processing large volumes of profiles and reservations, and simplifying data access for our frontend team. We will help you understand our business and customer archetypes in detail. Our engineers are proactive and innovative, always seeking improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 4+ years of experience developing complex web applications with Ruby on Rails.
• Quick learner capable of understanding unfamiliar documentation and external APIs.
• Experience dealing with legacy systems such as SOAP APIs, SAML, SFTP exchanges.
• Practices modern software development techniques like unit testing, continuous integration, and distributed version control.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Enthusiastic, fun-loving, and team-oriented.
• Portfolio of past work, code samples, and projects.
• Ability to complete a small coding assessment.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience working with GraphQL APIs.
• Willingness to collaborate with React, React Native, and QA teams; experience with SDUI and Design Systems is a plus.
• Open to learning or communicating in Spanish.
• Backend : Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, PostgreSQL
• Frontend : React, Next.js, React Native
• QA : Cypress, Appium, JMeter, Postman
