As Regional Value & Market Access Manager, you will support Menarini Stemline’s future pipeline introduction by preparing markets in specific Spanish regions, providing strategic insights into regional healthcare systems and market landscape, as well as monitoring changes in market access policies and legislation.

Role & Responsibilities
- Propose market access strategies for regions aligned with local and global objectives, considering current health environments and regulations, including hospital and regional access conditions.
- Gather relevant information, analyze the environment and product data, and develop localized patient access strategies.
- Prepare regions and hospitals for product launches by implementing validated market access strategies, including preparing and submitting value dossiers.
- Coordinate access negotiations, ensure timely submissions to authorities, and develop advocacy plans with stakeholder mapping and engagement.
- Develop proposals for regional account access to Menarini Stemline's products, and work with the V&MA Director and team to establish or adjust value and market access strategies, including leading cross-functional teams for dossier preparation and submission.
- Maintain vigilance on environmental and competitor information impacting market access activities, and update the team accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant authorities, conveying Menarini Stemline’s image and values, in coordination with medical and commercial teams.
Skills & Experience
You hold a university degree (preferably in Health Economics) and a postgraduate qualification.
You have at least 5 years of experience in a high-intensity market access role within MedTech, Biotech, or Pharmaceutical companies.
Key abilities include:
- Data review, analysis, opportunity identification, and proactive challenge anticipation.
- Experience with contracting models and knowledge of the local market access environment.
- Solid understanding of the Spanish health system across different regions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, capable of building long-term relationships with payers and influencers.
- Strategic planning and cross-functional team leadership abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse regions, cultures, and processes within Spain.
- Effective communication skills in both oral and written forms; proficiency in English is valuable.
- Understanding of commercial, medical, regulatory, legal, and financial functions and their contribution to patient access success.
