We are looking for professionals with a qualification in care for dependent persons or auxiliary nursing or an equivalent qualification, to work as a gerocultor/a at the Residència de Gent Gran Mare de Déu de l'Aguda.

The selected person will be responsible for:

• Accompanying users of the center, attending to their care needs such as hygiene, dressing, etc.
• Participating in various activities and workshops, ensuring the correct health status of users and attending to their needs.

What we offer:

• Contract: Covering holidays, sick leave, permits.
• Working hours: Full-time.
• Salary: According to Collective Agreement.

Requirements:

• Education: Vocational training in care for dependent persons or auxiliary nursing, or the corresponding Socio-healthcare Professional Certificate, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Proven experience in caring for dependent persons, especially in similar centers. Knowledge of the ACP Model and experience in conducting workshops/activities.
• Profile: We seek professionals with a friendly communication style, empathy, assertiveness, and teamwork skills. Focused on improving quality of life and well-being of individuals. Adaptability, flexibility, and understanding of the Person-Centered Care Model are essential.
• Others: Priority will be given to candidates with a disability certificate.
