We are seeking a Técnico / a de Administración de Personal for our Logroño office. The role involves managing administrative processes related to the employment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with current regulations and smooth functioning of Human Resources.

Main Responsibilities

  • Labor administrative management : Handling contracts, registrations, deregistrations, and modifications with Social Security, ensuring deadlines and procedures are followed.
  • Personnel incident management : Monitoring permissions, absences, schedules, and vacations in accordance with internal policies and legal standards.
  • Labor regulation application : Interpreting and applying labor laws and collective agreements across processes.
  • Document and database maintenance : Keeping personnel files updated and managing related documentation.
  • Employee support : Providing personalized assistance and resolving queries related to labor and administrative matters.

Requirements

  • University degree in Law, Labor Relations, or similar.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and administrative management.
  • Proficiency in office tools and personnel management software.
