What you´ll be doing

Your day-to-day as an AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you will work hand in hand with one of our Squads to contribute to the key areas of the AI team, primarily:

Development of conversational systems: You will design, implement, and optimize AI products, chatbots, and virtual assistants that enhance the experience of our users.
Integration of third-party AI APIs: You will work with APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini AI, etc., integrating them effectively into our solutions.
Implementation of RAG systems (Retrieval Augmented Generation): You will create systems that combine knowledge bases with generative models for precise and contextualized responses.
Development with specialized libraries: You will use LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangFlow, and our own framework to build robust and scalable AI solutions.
Model evaluation and testing: You will implement evaluation methodologies to continuously measure and improve the performance of our models.
Cost and performance optimization: You will work on continuously improving our AI systems, balancing quality, speed, and operational costs.
Cross-disciplinary collaboration: You will work with product, engineering, and business teams to align AI solutions with strategic objectives.
Applied research: You will stay up-to-date with the latest advances in AI and evaluate new technologies for potential implementation.
What we´re looking for

We need someone who...

Has 4 years of experience programming AI solutions in Python, especially in startup or tech company environments.
Has experience with conversational systems and chatbots using large language models (LLMs).
Has worked with third-party AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.).
Has experience in prompt engineering, dynamic prompt declaration, CoT, and self-evaluation methods.

It’s very important that you...

Are familiar with and have implemented RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems.
Have experience with libraries like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangFlow.
Follow best development practices: version control, documentation, unit testing, etc.
Are up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in generative AI.

You’re perfect for us if you also have experience in...

Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, deployment, and DevOps.
Knowledge of ML, predictive AI, recommendation systems.
Experience working with cloud providers such as AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Azure, or Gemini Vertex.
Experience building APIs with frameworks like FastAPI or similar.
Experience implementing testing and evaluation methodologies for AI models.
What's in it for you?

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between 36.000€ and 51.750€ OTE (on target earnings) gross annual salary.

The salary consists of:

Between 36.000€ & 45.000€ fixed salary.
Up to 15% (6.750€) quarterly bonus based on performance & potential.
