About the role

  • Responsible for all sales activities within Spain & Portugal, executing Vision RT strategy, growing sales, and increasing market share across all product lines.
  • Key responsibilities include :
  • Driving sales and expanding market share in the region.
  • Growing the distribution network in Spain & Portugal.
  • Managing and supporting distributor accounts.
  • Evaluating opportunities, building pipelines, and developing projects.
  • Applying a defined sales process to sustain growth.
  • Identifying key market drivers, centers, and KOLs.
  • Developing and implementing educational strategies with marketing support.
  • Building alliances with key organizations in radiotherapy.
  • Coordinating with company personnel to meet performance goals.
  • Collaborating with clinical specialists to ensure training programs are implemented.
  • Developing new strategic and educational programs specific to the region.

Essential Skills and Experience :

  • Proven success in Medical Device sales, preferably in radiation oncology or SGRT.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, strategic, and proactive.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in Medical Devices or similar fields.
  • Experience in complex capital equipment sales, with a consultative approach.
  • Team player with collaborative skills.
  • Strong presentation and social selling skills (LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Negotiation skills for prices, terms, and contracts.
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems in the region.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Clinical experience, ideally as a Medical Physicist or Radiation Therapist.
