Project Execution / Development

1. Responsible for process designs, program enhancements, and correction specifications for SAP processes.
2. Central contact person for the customer from the specialist area for all requirements and providing/organizing the solution in the area of sales and supply chain management.
3. Managing and independently working on projects and sub-projects (e.g., SAP release upgrades).

Operational Support

1. Leading/managing the programming teams in support, including the responsible service managers.
2. Leading/managing the support teams.

Software Process Design QA and Improvement

1. Review of partner tech activities, especially the quality guidelines.
2. Regular auditing of process designs of service providers.

Supplier / Partner Management

1. Controlling and managing IT service providers who provide support in the area of SAP Sales.
2. Reviewing contracts that are relevant from a technical point of view in cooperation with the purchasing team to ensure all services.

SAP Development

1. Very good knowledge and expertise about SAP modules SD and MM including S4/TM in SAP R3/S4.
2. Profound knowledge in the interface modules of logistics (CS, PS, APO) as well as FI/CO.
3. Good knowledge of SAP Smartforms, Adobe PDF Forms, building of SAP WORKFLOWs.
4. SAP ERP: Good knowledge and understanding of the integration of third-party systems via EDI or RFC.
5. In-depth knowledge of project methods and ITIL.

Professional Experience

University degree or comparable qualification proven by practical experience.
