Role Overview :

We are seeking a Global HR Experience Specialist to join our Global HRx team on a fixed-term 6-month contract. In this full-time role, you will handle day-to-day communication with clients worldwide. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to evolving software, and demonstrate resourcefulness. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual passionate about international growth and employment matters, eager to take initiative, and interested in learning about Velocity Global's business model and the nuances of each country's employment law.

As a Global HRx Specialist, you will support clients during the onboarding process of their supported employees, build positive relationships, and advocate for standardization across markets. You will become an expert in our Employer of Record service and collaborate cross-functionally to improve systems and processes. Responsibilities include managing the HRIS system and assisting clients with HR-related issues. Success requires excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a solid understanding of employment law.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily client communications, including hosting calls to address concerns.
  • Support regional HRx teams with onboarding, offboarding, and HR queries.
  • Manage communication via our case management platform, including work pooling.
  • Monitor operational progress in designated countries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Ensure service satisfaction by reviewing interactions, making recommendations, and resolving concerns.
  • Resolve customer concerns independently, including onboarding and benefits issues.
  • Coordinate internally across service lines to facilitate information flow.
  • Analyze data from various sources and communicate findings clearly.
  • Develop expertise in international employment and payroll.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention with a customer-centric approach.
  • Audit HR records and participate in data integrity activities.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and notify relevant teams of issues.
  • Proactively remind clients of holidays and significant dates.
  • Identify potential issues, assist in root cause analysis, and facilitate resolution.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years in a customer service role, preferably within HR.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in International Business or Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and research ability.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong customer service and project management skills.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor, with conflict resolution skills.
  • Motivated, with a strong work ethic and passion for excellent customer experiences.
  • Interest in international business and employment law.
  • Nice to have : experience with HR outsourcing or EOR models, CRM systems.
