We are looking for a Business Analyst with Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience to join our professional services team.

The ideal candidate is a team player who provides business analysis services for and on behalf of redk. The focus of this position is to work closely with stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of customers’ business strategy, processes, services, roadmap, and the context in which the business operates.

Properly demonstrate and present solutions based on the Salesforce platform and ecosystem (Marketing Cloud).

Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.

Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.

Participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project progress.

Collaborate closely with developers to implement requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA processes; support system conversions, upgrades, and enhancements.

Meet with the project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines.

Take instructions from our Engineering team regarding any aspect of any project as requested.

Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.

Actively seek, identify, and promote value-add opportunities with our customers.

Follow the established company methodology

Continue professional development to stay abreast of emerging technologies, methods, and best practices.

Knowledge and experience

Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.

A minimum of 2 years of experience defining and delivering complex Salesforce implementations (Marketing Automation, Sales, or Service Cloud).

A minimum of 1 Salesforce Certification is required; additional certifications will be positively evaluated.

Strong background and knowledge of the CRM industry

Functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices.

Advanced documentation skills

Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.

Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

Experience creating reports and delivering presentations

Experience with Project Management Methodologies within a tech environment, such as Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating flexibility, innovation, and excellence.

Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced technology company.

Proficiency in office applications

Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.

A good level of English is essential; Spanish as a first language is preferred.
