Startup focused on bringing new biodegradable biopolymers to market as a sustainable alternative to single-use plastics. Having completed the development of several innovative formulations, we are now entering a key growth phase and are looking for someone to help us bring these solutions to market and create a real impact through sales.

We are looking to expand our team with a Sales Executive who can help drive the adoption of our innovative solutions.

Responsibilities include :

  • Identify and engage eco-conscious brands – Research and connect with companies in food, beverage, and cosmetics seeking sustainable packaging solutions.
  • Promote biodegradable materials – Educate clients on the environmental benefits and technical compatibility of the company's biomaterials.
  • Prepare customized proposals and samples – Collaborate with the R&D team to offer tailored material solutions and samples based on client needs.
  • Negotiate sustainable supply agreements – Handle pricing, logistics, and partnership terms that align with clients' sustainability goals.
  • Attend industry events and sustainability expos – Represent the company at trade fairs and networking events to expand visibility and generate new leads.

We offer :

  • Permanent contract
  • Weekly working hours : 40
  • Schedule : Monday to Thursday 09 : 00 – 14 : 00 / 15 : 00 – 18 : 30, Friday 09 : 00 – 15 : 00
  • Gross annual salary : 30k-35k

Requirements :

  • A background in engineering, preferably in chemistry or polymers
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development
  • A valid driving license (highly valued), as travel may be required
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel nationally and occasionally internationally

Soft Skills :

  • Proactive, able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication skills and comfort in dealing with clients
