Our mission is to be the unified operating system for the worldwide floral supply chain by providing mission-critical business operations solutions powering the largest B2B e-commerce network. We are a fast-growing company backed by Radian Capital, a growth equity fund in NYC with over $1B in AUM, and we are expanding our product set and customer base across North America and Europe, through organic growth and acquisitions.

About the Role

We're looking for a Backend Developer to join our growing, global team. If you're passionate about clean code, modern architecture, and building scalable backend systems, we'd love to hear from you!

Location: Spain or Portugal, Remote

What we expect from you

Backend Development Expertise

• Advanced proficiency in .NET 6+
• Strong hands-on experience with Entity Framework, Dapper, and MS SQL Server
• Skilled in building RESTful APIs from the ground up
• Deep understanding of SOLID, CQRS, and Domain-Driven Design
• Comfortable applying architectural patterns and design best practices
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code

Cloud & Scalability Know-How

• Hands-on experience with cloud ecosystems
• Experience building message-based systems using tools like NServiceBus or similar
• Track record of designing resilient, efficient, and scalable systems

Team Collaboration & Culture

• Experience working in agile development environments
• Background in product-based companies is a strong plus
• Comfortable working in multinational, remote-first teams

Nice to have

• Experience with SignalR for real-time communication
• Exposure to modern frontend frameworks like Angular, Svelte, or similar
