Our mission is to build fun and relaxing games that last, achieved by assembling a team of passionate experts including designers, artists, engineers, marketers, and analysts. Our games have reached over 20 million users across more than 12 languages and 90 countries.

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial management, with a particular focus on Spanish accounting processes. This role involves interaction with our teams in Romania and the USA, reports directly to the CEO, and is vital for strategic financial planning and operations. Your expertise will influence our financial strategies and support our growth and expansion plans.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage financial operations, especially related to Spain.
  • Coordinate with legal teams across jurisdictions to prepare documents such as transfer pricing agreements.
  • Work closely with other executives to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Create financial models and forecasts to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with Spanish financial regulations and standards, maintaining accurate reporting systems.
  • Analyze financial trends to manage risks effectively.
  • Supervise the annual financial audit.
  • Lay the groundwork for a potential sale in early 2025.

Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of experience in financial management, with strong expertise in Spanish corporate finance.
  • Proven experience managing multi-jurisdictional financial operations.
  • Knowledge of financial metrics and market dynamics specific to the gaming industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and senior financial role experience.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder relationship skills, including with external partners and legal entities.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
