This position is based at Atradius Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain, or alternatively in Amsterdam.

Job Overview

Join Atradius as a Corporate Finance Analyst to support activities related to credit ratings, capital management, and M&A transactions. The role offers high exposure to senior management and involves working closely with the Capital Management and Rating Agency Relations Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for credit rating analyses, capital management, valuations, and M&A.
• Support credit ratings, capital management, M&A transactions, and insurance renewals.
• Prepare presentations for stakeholders.
• Enhance analyses using SQL, Oracle HFM, and automation tools.
• Handle special projects and ad hoc requests.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in finance or accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in multinational environments, corporate finance, or investment banking.
• Excellent English communication skills; Spanish is a plus.
• Extensive experience in financial modeling, valuations, and financial statement analysis.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of IFRS and consolidation reporting.
