Your Role :

As a Rental Agent you will :

• Build and maintain relationships with property owners and prospective tenants.
• Market and promote properties through various channels.
• Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the rental process.
• Negotiate rental agreements, ensuring terms are clear and fair for all parties.
• Provide outstanding aftercare and follow-up services to clients.
• What We’re Looking For :
• Fluent English and Spanish (additional languages are highly valued).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for achieving targets.
• Willingness to learn.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
