Senior Product Marketing Manager (Datos Team)

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for new product launches and feature updates.
2. Define and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer insights.
3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and GTM initiatives.
4. Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, demos, and training resources, with support from our Content Marketing Manager.
5. Analyze GTM performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future initiatives.
6. Lead the development and execution of GTM strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
7. Work with cross-functional teams to define target audiences, develop marketing campaigns, and optimize sales processes.
8. Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify GTM opportunities.
9. Coordinate with the Content Marketing Manager to ensure product content aligns with GTM strategy.
10. Drive projects independently and proactively resolve communication and process bottlenecks.
11. Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
12. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in product marketing and GTM execution, preferably in B2B DaaS, data SaaS, or tech environments.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and GTM best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Experience in creating and implementing internal processes.
• Ideally based in Europe/CET or ET time zones.
