Reporting to the Global Head of Medical Operations, the Medical ELEVATE Program Manager will lead the implementation and evolution of the Medical ELEVATE product suite. This role acts as a bridge between business operations and technology, ensuring alignment, accountability, and delivery of business value. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, own the delivery roadmap, and represent the product vision to senior stakeholders across the business and IT landscape.
What you do
Program & Product Ownership
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Medical ELEVATE products, ensuring alignment with business needs and operational realities.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables for IT and development teams.
- Own and refine the product backlog, prioritizing based on value, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary liaison between medical operations, business leaders, IT teams, and senior executives.
- Communicate effectively across all organizational layers, from tactical teams to senior leadership.
- Deliver regular updates, KPIs, and progress reports to executive stakeholders.
Delivery Management
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams to ensure on-time, in-scope product releases.
- Monitor timelines, dependencies, and risks; drive accountability and momentum across teams.
- Impose clear deadlines and follow-ups when managing across disparate functions and time zones.
- Think creatively to mitigate blockers and overcome challenges in delivering transformational work.
Product Lifecycle & Technical Enablement
- Guide the product through all lifecycle stages : discovery, requirements, build, deployment, hypercare, and enhancements.
- Lead scoping workshops with technical and business participants.
- Document product features, technical requirements, and operational workflows clearly and precisely.
- Connect the purpose and function of the product to measurable business outcomes.
- Optimize features and functionalities to maximize performance and impact.
- Champion a culture of learning, iteration, and value-based delivery.
What you bring
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and influence across disciplines.
- High sense of urgency and ownership; thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional organizational and facilitation skills (workshops, stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.).
- Proven experience in program management, delivery leadership, or product ownership roles within complex organizations.
- Experience working at the intersection of business operations and technology.
- Exposure to digital product delivery and enterprise transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with digital product lifecycles (from discovery to production support).
- Understanding of medical operations, health assistance, or insurance ecosystems is a strong plus.
