Position Description
The Territory Sales Executive (TSE) is responsible for driving retail sales across the channel. This includes channel partner recruitment, engagement, training of third-party sales agents, and ensuring channel productivity and profitability.
- Responsible for the PAYGO Channel.
- SEP onboarding, management, and monitoring.
- Driving sales of recommended SKUs within the assigned territory.
- Implementing effective route to market (RTM) strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitoring stock levels at ECs to prevent stockouts.
- Implementing field initiatives to boost sales.
- Building capacity in the immediate coverage environment through strategic planning.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the PAYGO Channel effectively.
- Oversee SEP onboarding, management, and monitoring.
- Drive sales of recommended SKUs within the assigned territory.
- Ensure effective implementation of RTM strategies to meet sales goals.
- Monitor stock levels at ECs to prevent stockouts.
- Implement initiatives in the field to increase sales.
- Develop strategic plans to enhance capacity in the coverage area.
Requirements
- Experience in FMCG, Telecom, Renewable Energy, or industries focused on territory development and product sales.
- Strong field sales knowledge.
- Knowledge of the coverage area is important.
- Residence in the area of coverage is an advantage.
