We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our BOSS shop in Plaza Cataluña. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, f/m/x).

What you can expect:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will serve as an inspirational role model and support the Store Manager in overseeing all store areas and team members to achieve KPIs while delivering exceptional customer service.

1. Take full responsibility for all store areas and team members in the absence of the Store Manager, including operational tasks.
2. Assist the Store Manager with recruitment, staff planning, and performance evaluation.
3. Drive the team to meet performance targets and KPIs.
4. Implement a customer-centric approach to build a loyal customer base.
5. Utilize all available tools, ensure procedures are followed, and policies are adhered to.
6. Monitor competitors and local market trends, sharing relevant insights with your Area Manager and team.

Your profile:

• Previous management experience in fashion and lifestyle retail.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to business needs.
• Commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
• Willingness to learn and develop continuously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
