Junior Business Development

Due to our ongoing growth, we are seeking a Junior Business Development professional to support our projects in Barcelona, Spain.

You will be responsible for :

• Increasing sales by proactively seeking new customers.
• Conducting business negotiations with clients.
• Preparing commercial offers.
• Preparing and approving contracts.
• Accepting orders.
• Resolving emerging issues with customers promptly.
• Managing internal CRM tools.

About you :

• Education : Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance, or related fields such as Business Development or Life Sciences (Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, etc.).
• Experience in similar roles within the Pharmaceutical environment or consultancy services is a plus.
• Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English (at least B2 level).
• Availability to travel.
• Business development mindset : highly motivated, open-minded, organized, enthusiastic, result-oriented, a team player, able to work under pressure, and resilient.
