We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment, is comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and excels at planning and coordination.

Key Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (high level required).
  • Scandinavian language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Degree in Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative management software.

About Us

We are an Emergency Assistance Centre for a Scandinavian insurance company, operating in shifts. The role requires interacting with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, working at different times of the day, 365 days a year.

The Role Includes

  • Coordination and assistance with NIE and Social Security applications.
  • Sending letters and insurance cards to international clients.
  • Publishing job postings and responding to candidates.
  • Scheduling interviews and meetings.
  • Finding accommodations for employees and preparing rental contracts.
  • Processing employee expense reimbursements.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements between our two offices.
  • Performing various other administrative support tasks for management and operations.
