We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst specialized in ServiceNow CSM and ITSM.

Project: The candidate will act as the link between internal customers and the external vendor responsible for project implementation, working with other business analysts.

  • Gather, analyze, and review internal customer requirements, maintain a backlog in collaboration with the external vendor and other Product Owners/Business Analysts.
  • Review each demand concerning the platform's out-of-the-box features, ensuring that any necessary changes follow ServiceNow best practices or propose alternative solutions.
  • Provide guidance on process evolutions and platform capabilities.
  • Stay updated with regular product evolutions in their focus area and share relevant information within and outside the solution team.
  • Assist in organizing UATs and building/updating key test scenarios with the external vendor.
  • Propose improvements within their functional perimeter.
  • Drive functional workshops with end users, assist vendors and stakeholders, ensuring key topics are addressed.
  • Require 5-6 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience with CSM and ITSM modules.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL.
  • Experience in large transformation projects is a plus.
