Viking provides roadside assistance services in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. Additionally, we assist drivers throughout Europe via our network and international partners. We ensure the efficient and safe mobility of vehicles and passengers, no matter where the breakdown occurs. We assist in Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, and English languages.

Job Role: Customer Service Consultant

Your tasks will involve receiving and responding to phone inquiries from our customers who need roadside assistance. Customers may find themselves in vulnerable situations, and our job is to help and assist them. It is important that they receive the right assistance. You will often be the first person a customer talks to when something has happened on the road.

We are looking for employees who work well independently and are passionate about delivering excellent service. As a customer service consultant, you will work as part of a team that supports each other. You will use various systems to solve challenges effectively. Additionally, you will assist our partners in the insurance and automotive industry with related questions.

Required Skills

  1. Experience in customer service
  2. Fluent in Danish (spoken and written)
  3. Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  4. Good knowledge of data, technology, and systems
  5. A clean criminal record
