Datorama Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Datorama Architect to join our dynamic team.

As a Datorama Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing Datorama solutions that enhance our marketing intelligence capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of Datorama within our marketing ecosystem.

Your Role :

1. Understanding common data models and integration challenges across Salesforce platforms.
2. Implementing changes to existing Datorama dashboards.
3. Resolving data stream issues.
4. Managing access to Datorama and keeping classification logic up to date.
5. Monitoring paid media activity performance and proactively addressing drops in performance with media agencies and stakeholders.
6. Aligning delivery cost data with planned cost data.
7. Supporting integration between paid media platforms and web analytics to capture the full customer journey.
8. Developing taxonomy to connect paid media and owned marketing efforts.
9. Creating dashboards to monitor taxonomy adherence and adoption.
10. Proactively identifying taxonomy issues and leading data cleansing efforts.
11. Collaborating with marketing, analytics, and IT teams.
12. Communicating effectively to understand requirements, present dashboard designs, and train end-users.
13. Identifying opportunities for new use cases.
14. Performing fit-gap analysis with similar tools like Power BI.

Your Profile :

1. Strong understanding of the Datorama platform, including data connectors, data modeling, calculated metrics, and dashboarding features.
2. Ability to translate complex data into clear visual stories.
3. Proficiency in selecting appropriate chart types and layouts to communicate KPIs and trends.
4. Good understanding of data architecture principles.
5. Knowledge of data flow across Salesforce clouds such as Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
6. Experience integrating data from these sources within Datorama for comprehensive dashboards.
