Technical Global Key Account Management Analyst

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Support and analyze new customer specifications.
• Collaborate with Technical Global Key Account Managers on customer projects.
• Assist in cost management and product cost improvement studies.
• Participate in customer trials.
• Prepare samples with local Product Management.
• Support Innovation Days and Academies.
• Update sustainability data to support customer programs.
• Resolve key technical issues with customers.
• Assist in technical presentations during customer visits.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Preferably in Chemical, Plastics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English.

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Ability to work autonomously.
