We are seeking an Integrated Modular Avionics (IMA) Engineer to spearhead the development of a next-generation IMA platform that aligns with DO-297/ED-124 certification objectives. In this high-impact role, you will:
What will you do?
In this role, you will shape and validate the system-level architecture for an IMA platform by defining partitioning, resource allocation, and hardware choices in line with DO-297/ED-124. You will also oversee certification and compliance, conduct partitioning analyses, and engage with regulators to demonstrate incremental acceptance. In addition, you will implement health monitoring and fault management strategies, coordinate safety assessments, and manage redundancy to ensure reliability. Ultimately, you will serve as a key technical leader, collaborating with suppliers, application developers, and system integrators to conduct design reviews, interface definition, and system integration, while maintaining rigorous safety and regulatory standards.
