Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Senior Test Manager or Lead with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) ERP projects, focusing on testing and stakeholder management within Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain domains.

Key Must-Have Criteria:

1. ERP Experience: Minimum 5 years working on MS Dynamics 365 F&O ERP projects, Power Platform experience, solid understanding of Finance & Operations modules, and experience across the full ERP project lifecycle.
2. Test Management: 3+ years leading test strategies, planning, execution, and reporting for ERP projects.
3. Stakeholder & Defect Management: Strong skills in managing senior stakeholders, handling defect processes, and dealing with RAID.
4. Travel & Communication: Willing to travel frequently to Ireland; excellent communication skills at technical and business levels.

Nice-to-Have Criteria:

• Hands-on attitude during peak project phases.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and SAP Integration testing.
• Based in Europe with availability to travel to Ireland.
• Knowledge of Test Automation frameworks (desirable).
